Sonographer
Duties and Responsibilities: Sonographers, or ultrasound technologist, work with equipment that directs very high frequency sound waves into the body tissues to produce images or pictures of internal organs, diseased masses and fetuses. These images are then used by physicians to diagnose and treat patients. Some sonographers specialize examining certain areas of the body.
Average: $24,000 - $38,000

Educational Requirements: Students should take the most challenging science math and English courses available in high school.

Health Information Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities: Health Information Specialist obtains, post, and analyzes medical, workload, finance and insurance data. They ensure that the information is correctly record the medical records so practitioners can plan and evaluate health conditions carefully and provide to their patients. HIS work in so many place such as hospitals, clinics, health insurance companies, physician’s office, and other medical fields
Average Salary: $20,000 - $25,000 (Coding Specialists)  
                             $23,000 - $30,000 (Record Technicians)  
                             $30,000 - $40,000 (Record Administrators)
Education: Must obtain a High School Diploma or GED. Take college classes on training on how to be a health specialist. Applicants must receive an associate’s degree from the American Health Information Management Program. Also Pass a credentialing exam.
