Information Specialist obtains, post, and analyzes medical, workload, finance
and insurance data. They ensure that the information is correctly record the
medical records so practitioners can plan and evaluate health conditions
carefully and provide to their patients. HIS work in so many place such as
hospitals, clinics, health insurance companies, physician’s office, and other
medical fields

Salary: $20,000 - $25,000 (Coding Specialists)
$23,000 - $30,000 (Record Technicians)
$30,000 - $40,000 (Record Administrators)
$23,000 - $30,000 (Record Technicians)

Education: Must obtain a High School Diploma or GED. Take
college classes on training on how to be a health specialist. Applicants must
receive an associate’s degree from the American Health Information Management
Program. Also pass a credentialing exam.
